Client policies



What You Need to Know

1. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can start your massage right on time and give you the full time we have scheduled for you.

2. After you schedule, please be on the lookout for your intake form or update if required. Sometimes, it goes to spam, so be sure to check your junk folder if you do not see it soon. We need this at least 24 hours in advance of your session. A copy of the completed form will be sent to us and to you by email. Note: This form may not load on a tablet device or a smartphone. Please access it via a computer.

If you do not complete your intake form prior to your session, and you do not arrive early enough to complete a paper intake form, the time will be deducted from your session.  

3.  What to wear: You will undress completely for your session and you will be covered securely the whole time, and we will uncover only the part being worked as it is being worked. We prefer not to work around or over clothing. (Leave undies on if you have a good reason to.)  

4.  Tipping is optional but always appreciated. If you choose to tip, 15-20% gratuity of the full, undiscounted cost of the service is the industry standard. Cash is appreciated, and we can always run a tip on your credit card. 

5. Please carefully read the client policies on our website . Feel free to ask any questions that may arise. We expect our clients to know and agree to our policies as a condition of doing business with us.

6. Cancellation/rescheduling policy: we charge 50% for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. We charge the full session rate for cancellations with less than 2 hours notice or for no-shows.

7. We require a credit card number on file or prepayment to reserve your appointment. If you have not provided this to us by phone, please do so immediately. If it’s more convenient, you can also prepay for your session on our website. Appointments made without credit card guarantee or prepayment may be cancelled by us.

8. Please bring a refillable bottle for water after your session so we can keep you hydrated.

9.  Most people get lost finding our building for the first time. Please READ and print this out and bring it with you - it will save you time! Here's how to find us:

● Bodhi Body Studios is located at 9769 West 119th Drive, Suite 23, Broomfield, Colorado 80021.

● We are located on the second floor of our building.

● 119th Drive is WEST of Wadsworth, just off of Metro Airport Road.

● Look for the 2-story beige building with tall skinny windows.

You may park anywhere in the lot and enter through either any door, although the door closest to us is the main entrance toward the center of the building. From there, go inside and head upstairs. You will enter a small hallways, with restrooms on your right. Take a left down the long hallway, and we are the third door on the left.

Building Access - Please note - if this or any future appointment takes place after 5pm, or on weekends or legal holidays, the outer doors may be locked. Although it is rare for this to happen, it may occur from time to time. In the event that this happens, you may call us after hours at 720-295-0896 and your therapist will meet you and let you in. In any event, your therapist is expecting you and will come for you, simply wait in your car or by the door. (DO NOT LEAVE!)

One more thing... open communication with your therapist is critical! If there is anything that you would like done differently for your comfort or preference, please communicate your needs to your therapist at any point during your massage. It is our commitment to help you get what you came for. Your comfort and satisfaction is our TOP priority!

Cancellation Policy

**Please ensure you have read this section; you will agree to it when you sign your client information form.**

We have reserved your appointment time JUST for you.

We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation/rescheduling. Call us at 720-295-0896 anytime and leave a message. Or email

If a true emergency presents itself that conflicts with your appointment, we ask that you notify us immediately through any medium necessary. You can email us at any time of day or night, or make a phone call and leave a voice message any time during normal waking hours, but it is your responsibility to ensure you have received a reply from us to confirm cancellation BEFORE your missed appointment time.

  • Cancel/change your appointment with at least 24 hours notice: no charge.

  • Cancel/change within 24 hours of your appointment for any reason: 50% cancellation fee. You can avoid this by sending someone in your place! If we are able to fill the appointment: no charge.

  • Cancel/change your appointment within 2 hours: Full charge, unless we can rebook that slot.

  • No show, no notice: if you simply do not show up for any reason, with no notice, we will charge your card on file for the session.

If you have circumstances that you feel deserve special consideration, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can decide whether or not to make an exception to this policy.

A note on Prepaid Sessions: All payments including prepaid packages, sessions, or gift certificates are non-refundable. Any requests for refunds or extensions are issued at the sole discretion of Bodhi Body Studios. Your safety, comfort, and satisfaction is important. If you have any questions, please contact us.
